To start the return of your order, you just have to enter the Returns Portal, whose link you have above and follow the steps that you will be asked for, it is very simple:

• Step 1: To enter you must enter your order number (XXXX), and the email you indicated in your purchase. You can find this order number in your order confirmation email in your inbox, or on your purchase invoice. You have 30 calendar days to make your returns from the date of the confirmation email of your order placed.
• Step 2: Click on the product, and indicate if you want to make an exchange or if you prefer a refund. You can request an exchange if you want to order the same product again because it arrived broken, or for the same product in another size. If you have changed your mind, your product has arrived wrong, or if you used a discount coupon for your purchase, only the refund option is available.
• Step 3: By following the steps on the portal you will be able to choose how to receive your refund, and also how and when they will pick up your product. In case you have made your purchase through Klarna, the refund will always be made through the original payment method, Klarna.
