FREE RETURNS. 30 DAYS TERM
Returns at Lassique are completely free for you, you can make the return within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We pick up the item at your home and you have several refund options. Yujuu!
To make a return and refund, you just have to enter the Returns Portal, and you can request a refund for the items you want. The collection service will pick up the order at your home, in the time slot you decide or you can leave it at the delivery point you choose from among the options available near your home.
The product exchange option is only available for changing sizes, or exchange for the same product, in the rest of the cases you must choose a refund, just as if you made your purchase with a discount coupon.
REFUNDS
In the Returns Portal you can request a refund for your items using three refund options:
- Gift card refund (Immediate).
- Refund to original payment method (3-7 days).
- Refund by transfer (24 hours). You will be asked for an account number during the process.
Note: If you made your purchase using Klarna payment method, refunds will always be made through Klarna.

Shipping Refund:
Once your refund request is received, if the return is for the entire order, shipping costs, if any, will also be refunded to the original payment method (3-7 days). If you prefer that we refund them to an immediate gift card, let us know at sales@lassique.com.
Discount coupons and returns :
If you have made a partial return, you will be sent a coupon for the proportional amount that corresponds to the returned item.

From the second return per order, the following return costs will be deducted from the refund:

If the order has arrived broken or wrong:
We ask that you please notify us of this incident within 48 hours of receiving the product to sales@lassique.com, sending photos of the broken product and a photo of the delivery note, so that we can claim said incident to couriers. You can then exchange or refund the item in the returns portal.
Note: If you purchased with a discount coupon, only the refund option is possible, tell us in the same email you send us to communicate the incident, and we will resend you the discount coupon again so that you can use it again in your future purchases.
